It would have been awesome if coldplay played Politik at live 8. I think out of Coldply's song it is the one that most applies to the live 8 cause.

after i saw the show i thought i felt that was brilliant but some days later i thought that politic had to be played.i think they choose in my place because the world is our place(=in my place) :/ :/

I THINK IT DOESNT MATTER WHAT THEY PLAYED-------WHAT MATTERS IS THE MESSAGE GIVEN-----THE FACT THAT THEY SHOWED UP TO PLAY AT A GREAT EVENT FOR A GOOD CAUSE----YOU ALREADY GET THE MESSAGE OF AFRICA IN NEED JUST BY THEM BEING THERE----SO IT REALLY DOESNT MATTER IF THE SONG APPLIES OR NOT
