Alright.. I would rather have 20 cats, then 20 dogs...that would be too much work. Cats just wander the house and do stuff on their own, which I like.

Exactly, cats are too independent.

Not at all

I just like the loyalty and dependence of dogs.

My cat lately has been so lazy, I think the heat is getting to her. She just lays around spread out on the tiles. We don't have any a/c.

my dog used to do that in summer, because the a/c was too cold for her, so tiles in the un-a/c rooms did for her.

No A/C....Ouch

It's even worse for a cat with all of that thick fur. Still, it's pretty cool up there most of the year I believe

We're going through the hottest July on record actually, it's supposed to be 34C today.

WOW :stunned: Good luck with that. I hope you have lots of fans

We have one fan. I think she is doing alright.. I hope.

some people here don't have a/c's, and it gets up to 40degrees here in summer :/

True. It really isn't necessary, although at times unbearable.. at least you are saving on power bills. That's the way I see it.

El_Scorcho-Great pic. What a beautiful dog. She looks sleepy in that one.

Oh, she'll be fine. Just keep the air circulating with the fan. :)

Well, Canada tends to have pretty cool weather, that's all. :)

During the summer, yes. During the fall, winter and spring, it is cool to cold
