So! The superb second album done and dusted, and all of their tours out of the way by Chrimbo, where now for The Best Band Ever?

Will they respect that contract and slave away at a third album, or will they call it a day, deciding that surpassing their present works is an impossible task?

Will they return with completely different music, like Radiohead and Bowie made themselves renound for?

Basically, after seeing them on Friday, I can't possibly face life without them, I can't exaust their current work for ever!

i'm kind of thinking the same thing, although i'm trying not to. i reckon they'll probably be tied up for the next couple of years doing tours in various places but that seems such a long time to wait for another album (especially if it never actually materialises). i nearly died waiting for AROBTTH so i don't know what i'll do. but nevermind. :lol: i WILL survive. :lol: somehow

same here. i would really like to here them say that another album will be out. but i also read that they're going to be touring for sometime now. i would really like them to do that

:D Although I feel for you that have not seen Coldplay for a while. I do think the CP lads need a break, as they say they have enough money, they know they have a massive following and that's not going to go away. If Chris has to wear a support bandage around his wrist now can you imagine what its going to be like just after the UK tour never mind the European tour. I think they deserve a break, do you think? :wink: 8)

Besides we have the singles to look forward to and various b-sides so I think we have something to look forward to!

well i don't care waiting for a long time (no matter how long), for the best album ever as the guys have been saying it will be. and I agree they do deserve a break.

Quite interesting, since this was from 2002...sounds similar to current comments... I guess it's true history repeats itself... how did you ever pull this one out of the archives?
