Has anyone met any famous (or semi-famous) people and/or public figures?

 

My list:

Comedians Lewis Black and Mitch Hedberg (who tragically passed away early this year :cry: )

 

Mike Reiss, The Simpsons Producer

 

Louis Freeh, Former FBI Director

 

Candace Bushnell, Author of 'Sex and the City'

 

Rapper Fabolous (although i must confess i did not know who he was, even after my co-workers told me-I'm so uncool!)

 

And my favorite: the one and only Maya Angelou....she was so inspiring and lovely!

 

Inside story: Some people i know worked backstage at a Ludacris's concert and some of his requests were a bucket of fried chicken and a big box of condoms! he didn't even eat the chicken but i'm sure he used the condoms later that night! :lol: :lol: :lol:

Matt Bellamy is an asshole and everyone should know that as it is common sense by now.

well he is a bit of a diva... and I was a bit turned off by the way he didnt even have the courtesy to stop and sign... but he did sign.. so, it kinda even out. lol AND in his defense.. he did stay with a bunch of fans for a bit while I was chatting with Dom and Chris.. the nicest one was Chris.. :blush:

He was coming out the back door and turned to completely avoid a bunch of people, was laughing at something some guy said to him and just kept kind of half laughing and then he looked at me and my friend (Who was holding a Bellamy poster for autographing, I dont really care for such crap) and held it out to be signed, and asked nicely, and Matt kept smiling and walking and completely looked through us and went on down to the van. And sat in there with his buddy.

 

Then Chris and Dom came out and talked and signed for like a half an hour. Which was a long and annoying wait but very very nice of them to do. You always hear stories about Matt (This being just another one of them) and maybe he does stop and sign, but not consistently, and that means he doesnt want to and hes a stuck up bisnitched.
