Of the various characters at the launch party, someone dressed up as the big V wasn't there.

Yep, the security guards wanted everybody to come in and go out of one single double door, so the nearest car park was busy.

well tv here has broadcasted some reports about this harry potter launch, i can imagine. people were dressed as some characters others just like witches and wizards. some people was waiting on the queue like 40 hours! :o

And the start of it, was when JK Rowling started reading the book, like what we do here yearly with Don Quixote, during a whole day. I supouse that Rowling is not reading her book yet? :surprised:

By the time I left home last night, most of the major puddles on the roads had disappeared, only a few puddles remained so flooding for me wasn't an issue.

well people always do things like that.. wait in long queues for launch days of something.... people had done the same recently with the iPhone. Seem that there are a lot of bored people... :dozey: And they go to the bigger place, where is supouse to be recieving more demands of the product... and they don't remember the option of reserve the product some days before?
