hey david, how are you doing? ;)

I've been talking with Giuly this morning, she is busy with high school, many exams and works. also is Anna.

Good luck girls  don't get stressed with that, and try to relax going somewhere. ;)

The cold isn't here yet, but it's devolving. Thankfully my body is fighting it.

Hey Ari, now your in Portugal, are you onto Western European Time?

what time is western european time? in Portugal is an hour less than in Spain... right now in Portugal is 19:58.

how is pilated like?... a bit like yoga.... or is just doing exercise calmy

yes, it'll be so cool even if is not payed.. (a great thing in my CV) i mean well when you work on a thing like that, you can get tips... my dad worked on a hotel long time ago (when he was 14) and got tips, he told me that sometimes got more money monthly for tips than from his own salary. :o i don't expect to get a fortune, but well some money.. :)

may be i should get a good bike to get there, and do some investment so...

yes that's how i feel, i'm the last one of the class of doing it, all them will do it in teams, me alone. and i'll be the only erasmus to do it, as the polish girls although are on the class list, don't attend them... (we don't understand portuguese they say, but hey we are allowed to do it in english....) :(

well there are some exercise to get more flexible and correct your body posture...it' s like yoga more or less...I really enjoy doing it:)

yeah u will probably get tips...but what excatly will u have to do in the hotel?

do u already now which hotel it is? is it far away from where u stay that u think about buying a bike?

humpf...well I know u are gonna handle it, although doing an entire presentation of a Country alone musn't be that easy...have u got an idea of what u are gonna talk about yet?

oh that's good then. :)

i don't know yet what exactly i will have to do, i'll be in reception... they will explain me what i'll have to do. (i guess that i will end speaking with spanish and english speakers tourist ) it'll be for friday and weekends. i know which hotel is the only 5star in the city. i've seen it when we drove on the city (the week my dad spent here), is a bit far, like 30 mins walking i think... not too far but... as i usually get a bit lost each time i go somewhere in the city yet :embarassed: many similar streets.

yes we must give statistic info and more things, he told us that we should be able to do it as if it were a lecture :o not a typical copy and paste work with only pics and few text.

i will give statistic info (percentage of tourism, tourism evolution, and talk a bit about folklore, main landmarks and well UNESCO places, we have many) i think it'll be good in that way.. he told us to do it in a funny way, you know 60 mins could boring

ah yeah u are right...if u should get lost, at least u will have a bike and get quicker on the right street again;)

receptionist?well it' s cool i think!...althought if u are only to work and help spanish and english tourist u won' t train ur portuguese., but any way if u speak to uor collegues u' ll use it...so;)

ah well 60 minutes is a long time indeed!..how are u gonna make it funny if it' s supposed to relate about a country and statistic..it ain' t that easy!!!

that's why i want to get the bike...

i don't know yet what will be my task there  i must wait yet if the coordinator can get me that stage. it was a guessing... but i don't really know what i will have to do.

i try to practice my portuguese the more i can. :) i keep understanding more than what i speak.

yes i don't know how to make it funny  i'll give statisticts at first, talk a bit about History surely, to give a context to the UNESCO buildings later mainly, and may be make reference to some films about the evolution of tourism (remember i was thinking to do a proffessional book about tourism in the world and cinema and publish it when i come back to Spain), i don't know if they will know the films but.. and concentrate on UNESCO things, are the most known landmarks all over the world so, talk a bit about gastronomy and folkore, i think it'll be enough with it. lecturer adviced us to practice it, see if we spend enough time and stuff. so i want to do it soon, and practice it many times before i explain it to the class (don't know yet in which language i will do it )
