'white shadows' is a personal favourite of mine off the album, but radio didn't really give 'god put a smile upon your face' much of a chance and 'white shadows' is musically and lyrically a little along the same lines. as for 'talk', i dunno...it could work as a single i guess. As of September 28, 2005 it is "White Shadows" at 46%, while "Talk" is at 44% and "Swallowed in the Sea" is at 10%. I voted "White Shadows" because "Talk" just doesn't strike me as third single material and "Swallowed in the Sea" wouldn't stick in the heads of listeners all day long, like "Yellow" and "Clocks" did. "White Shadows" has a fantastic tune and beat and the chorus is wonderful. It could do really well if given the chance. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
