Hope you'll be ok dude.

There's a typhoon in Japan today too actually...

I live on the west coast. This should be just a rain event though. Should be an interesting weekend at least. Good thread Nick ;)

Kylo is in MIA rite now!... :stunned: ... :/

I wouldnt worry too much about Miami... they will probably get 50mph winds and stuff.. a lot rain defo...but nothing catastrophic.. my family is in Miami too. :(

I hope every thing will be ok with your family Camille.

right now where i live were just starting to get rain and some 10 mph winds. thats about the worse it will get probably....

thanks Nick.. I hope your parents are ok too... I think they'll be ok. Maybe just some wind and rain. :)

They should be fine Camille ;) They may have lost power though. The news said 400,000 people are without power there.

Damn FPL... they suck!! I remember during Hurricane Andrew, I was out of power for like a week... it sucked!!!!

Damn Camille. I didn't know you were there for Andrew :stunned: That was one of the worst hurricanes ever. I had family down there for that and they lost their home :(

I'm sure your parents are fine ;)

:stunned: ohh they have just compared this storm to Hurricane Camille of 1969!!

on the news it said if hits some parts of the city could be under 20 ft of water :stunned: :stunned:

the problem is not the water or the wind--------its the damn trees that keep killing the people--------if all the trees were chopped down----there would be no casualties :idea2:

:P

no you dont understand. one of the major problems this time for them will be the water. its possible that a good part of the city will be under 20 ft of water...and a storm surge of like 30-40 feet. thats what is going to be major along with the wind.

but thats true with most hurricanes.

i know---that---i was just messing around---all i see in the news is---a tree killed a man, a tree fell on a woman, a tree........, a tree...........

:(
