I wasn't in a movie, it was in the original TV series, and it available on at least one of the many "Best of Monty Python" audio releases!!

It's a sketch where John Cleese is requesting every cheese under the sun, but the (Greek?) shop owner keeps saying he doesn't have any until Cleese gets so frustrated he shoots him!! :P

 

That's funny in itself - Cleese RHYMES with "cheese".
