every song im trying to downloaded is being qeued....why? im so confused. i just got this program..........HELP

its a peer 2 peer program (P2P), and files are transferred to each others hard drives directly. Most users only transfer a small number of files at a time, hence the queuing. Patience is required...

Simple really, you can only download one song from the same user at a time.

you can actually d/l more than one at a time from the same user, but people rarely change the default settings
