Okay guys, I ordered the first one I heard about, back in October. But Now I'm seeing a totally new image of a Coldplay '06 calendar, and I'm getting kinda confused.

Is one of them the official one (bottom) and one by some other people (top)? I was hoping I bought the official one when I ordered it. I can only find the measurements for the bottom one, too. So is this just a cover picture difference or did I not buy the official calendar? :shifty:

I was wondering the same! Because I saw the one on the top on amazon.de about two months ago, but they didn't have a fix release date at that time, so I didn't order it.. And now it's completely gone off the amazon page!

 

Well, the one on the bottom is DEFINITELY an official one, as you can buy it at the official Coldplay shop.. But I don't know if the one on the top is official, too, or made by someone else :huh:

 

But you know what: Sometimes, when a company doesn't know how a product looks like yet, it simply makes up a picture and makes it open for ordering in the future.. So maybe amazon (or wherever you ordered it) didn't know yet how the calendar will look like and simply put this picture on the site, although it's the same like the official one.

I'm glad someone else was confused!!! I pre-ordered the first one on hmv.co.uk about 6weeks ago, and still dont have it, so i've bought another one with the second pic from ebay and that should come within the next 2weeks (or so it says). -One to hang on the wall as a calendar, and one to cut out and put the pics eeeverywhere! :D

They both say they are the 'Official' calendar, so im guessing that what Flying Sparks said about a company making up a picture is probably the answer.

you wouldn't have thought it would be that difficult to get a coldplay calendar would you? Especially as I could buy all the Cliff Richard and Charlie Dimmock ones I want from bloody clinton cards! :lol: (not that I'm suggesting for a second I would actually do such a thing :wink3: )

Thanks guys! I did get it from Amazon.com. I think that's the only calendar they have up there. Well... I guess I'll just have to see what happens! :roll:
