Hi there,

I'm new to this thing. Am in Australia with tickets for one of the melbourne shows next July. I remember reading a few weeks ago in the MX newspaper or some other lightweight rag that one of the Coldplay band members (can't remember which one) was quoted as saying something like they could break up before the end of their tour due to the stresses they are under and having to put up with each other????

Tell me this wasn't true??? I can't bear to wait 6 months for them to tour and then not show? Any one else going to the melbourne gigs?

I don't think they were being fully serious.

Yeh they problaby forgot about it by now anyway  I am going to the Adelaide gig :)

Don't worry - they are having two months off (to have babies!) in April and May so they will be totally refreshed for the Australia gigs. You're lucky that you get them after a long holiday - it will be great! :) :)
