Yeh I just got an email. Congrats all of you in South America, I am real happy to hear that you will be able to see Coldplay live again or for the first time. I had an awesome time earlier this year when they visited Adelaide.

I didnt say it was a problem, just defending U2. I love U2 as well and was happy for such a big band with a huge set to have a very good price. I just gotta pray that they do end up coming. In the end of the day they are two of my favourite bands and it didnt worry me the price difference as there was no way I would miss such an opportunity to see them live. If I wasnt such a big fan though it may have detered me.

Yeh, I dont know how it is in the US. But General Admission for U2 cost me $99 (australian dollars) and 120 for Coldplay. So not exactly more affordable.

A lot of rumours though that they will finish of in Hawaii, but yes I doubt U2 will play UK next year. They were going to finish sooner or later, take a big rest and start working on another album.

2 GA's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bought reserved tickets for my parents as well, they didnt want to wait hours to line up though so prefered to sit. Apparently the sold out the Sydney concert in 42 mins and Melbourne in under an hour as well, crazy. For once Adelaide being a small city is an advantage. :lol: No idea how many left or if there even is any for Brisbane and Adelaide. Should have no problems selling out though with the amount of interest I have seen today. Didnt think there would be so much caos everywhere. Apparently an extra Sydney and Melbourne concert will be added tommorow, fingers crossed so the people who missed out will have a second chance.

YAY I GOT TICKETS.........WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO 45mins of waiting but worth it, was nervous the whole time I was originally going to use the internet but when I woke up at 9am......Adelaide tickets started selling at noon SA time the ticketmaster site was allready getting overloaded. So I drove quickly to my nearest bass outlet expecting to see hundreds of people and no one was there. Turned out they were giving number tokens and I went home came back at noon and waited 45mins for my number to be called. There were hundreds of people still there getting number tokens. Hopefully they get what they want. Oh well I am happy that I have my tickets.
