i think the main reason that now things are different than how they were when we were younger is the whole, what my friends and i call "dealing with crap".

It's just wasting all that energy on meaningless things that really dont matter, and not let them go. Girls tend to be like that...

and not only between BF-GF, girls just deal with alot of crap so they think the world is horrible and everybody is out to get them, when in fact they're the ones that are causing pain to themselves.

I know this is weird coming from a girl but that's what i think... sometimes i think that guys' approach toward things is so much better than girls.

I'll give u an example- between my friend and i to dealing with crap, and it goes the same way with boys and girls.

When we take the car im always the driver, and i always have 2 more friends with me (here when you're a new driver u're only allowed to have 2 more ppl with u, and no more). So there's always one person in the front and one is always alone in the back. And our way to decide who sits where is by shouting shotgun.

So one of the friends always always remembers to shout shotgun, and the other always forgets. So she's always sitting in the back and she feels left out and stuff. So she told me...

first of all, wtf?!?! u feel left out.... i mean, whatever, i dont really care. What r we? 12???

anyway, one time i remembered that someone has to shout shotgun. And i was looking at my friend that's always in the back seat and mouthed "shotgun" to her while the other wasnt looking. But she didnt understand what i was trying to tell her, and the other friend had already shouted shotgun.

And then i said "OMG!! I was telling u "shotgun!shotgun!" and u didnt understand me!!!" And my other friend took this sooooooooooooo bad

she's like "i cant believe u did that!! u'd rather have her in the front?? etc etc"

and she still wont let this go whenever the whole shotgun shouting issue comes up.

and im just like "for fucks sake!!! let it go already!!!!!!! It was like 6 feakin months ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

and she took very personally, and she does this with every single thing that i say or do, and sometimes im just like "OMG! I CANT ANYMORE you stupid girl"

and girls are always really heavy about shit like that- u know dealing with things like "she didnt invite me, he didnt call bla bla bla"

and when it comes to boys, we just passed that phase, and then u realise that boys arent so bad. And when u act like them when it comes to shit like that then u have just as much fun as they do, and dont take everything too seriously.

for example, my friend started seeing someone, and they barely talk on the phone because each one of them is busy with his/her own thing. So they didnt talk for a week, and then just met up on friday. And they had alot of fun.... and that's how it should be

i still really cant exlplain myself, but i hope this made it more clear instead of more confusing.... because right now i myself am alittle confused :P

nicely told, gal. thanks, i think you cleared my mind :)

hii :)
