actually.....i tried to get my upper body today...which worked b/c as soon as i got out..my arms were red

yea yea i stayed in for bout 13 mins. my back is soo destoryed..its red tan and white....cuz my ghetto lifts me up hehe.....anyws..i have 6 mo visits so maybe i can work on it.....well my "pit" area is white so ill have to rase my arms next vsit...im not well portioned thats for sho :? :? :? :?
