January 29, 200620 yr here are some POSSIBLE names! :P i vote for Curbishley, Charlton became a very strong team with him ;)
January 29, 200620 yr charlton fade away after 4 games of a season for me its between 4 hidink, look at s.korea in 2002 pearce....legend...pshycho, not afraid to drop a primadonna(terry lampard beckham) and would get all non scousers blockin a fuckin shot. bunch of pussys big sam bryan robson
January 30, 200620 yr I hear Berti Voghts is available... Sir Bobby Robson - Thats who I'd like to see get the job.
January 30, 200620 yr I voted somebody else... Ottmar Hitzfeld! :D He won a lot of titles with Borussia Dortmund (for example 1997 Champions League) and Bayern Munich (2001 CL). He would be the right man for England. But I think it would be unacceptable for every English football fan to have a German coach. :P
February 1, 200620 yr my choice would be Paul Jewell but he won't be the next manager unfortunately so i'll say out of the realistic candidates i would like Sam Allardyce to be manager! ... i have a feeling it will be Hiddink though   i really think the manager needs to be English!
May 2, 200620 yr Should be English. To be honest, I think a lot of these people could do the job. I'll be happy if any of Big Sam, Curbishly, McClaren get it. Pearce = not experienced enough. I'm gonna say McClaren though. Has England set up experience.
May 3, 200620 yr Well it looks like the deal's done, anyway...............................it's gonna be "Malcolm"!!;)
May 3, 200620 yr My vote goes to allidace however I am ofthe thinking that sven should not be going in the first place...... BTW we will still win the world cup this year... its a certanty

May 3, 200620 yr McClaren will get it but its a mistake if he does, the fella is a bluffer and a "yes" man,he will bring a lot of gobshites into your team probably Southgate and Ehiogu at the back??? i dont think he is a good manager at all fair enough Middlesbrough are in the UEFA Cup final but their league form has been nothing short of scnadalous.Remember not too long ago the fan throwing his season ticket at him??? To be honest I dont think any of the candidates at the moment are right for the job.But I would give it to Paul Jewell before Steve "The Bluffer" McClaren! lol Thanks for listening. Bohs Man.
