February 4, 200620 yr Get an Oasis guitar chord book. Loads of easy stuff in there. Coldplay-wise I'd go for In My Place, Don't Panic, A Message. Not a lot of their stuff is chord based, and that that is tends to require a lot of barre chords.

February 4, 200620 yr In My Place and Shiver were the first ones I learned. Apparantly Dont Panic is quite easy as well.
