VH1 FREAKING ROCKS. I love that channel. I used to like MTV but now it's just... shit.

I don't have any "favorite" channels. What I have is a bunch of channels I watch solely for one or two current programs I love, along with reruns of old favorites--and the rest of the stuff I either aren't interested in or absolutely hate.
