Radiohead have confirmed their slot on the Pukkelpop Festival. As reported earlier Radiohead will play the festival in Hasselt (Belgium), which is held from August 17 through 19 2006.

 

Advance sale day tickets cost 57 euro on Friday and Saturday, 60 euro on Thursday or 113 euro for three days. Remember that the campsite, the national train fare and the bus ticket (De Lijn) are included in the ticket price.

 

Advance sale by phone starts on Saturday 13th May. Tickets can be booked with Go For Music (pay phone) at: 0900/260.60 (in Belgium) – 0900/45 000 45 (in The Netherlands) - 0032 34 0000 34 (in other countries)

i go to Sziget Festival in Budapest in August but i'm still waiting for European tour dates...i hope they'll come to Switzerland as well, no way that i'd miss that one.

wondering if you have heard this or not, radiohead for 2006 tour is playing smaller venues testing out their new material for their next album release 2007 after which they plan to tour again but play bigger venues? i've heard some folks say this but it may be wishful thinking since some of those saying this didn't get tickets to shows in their areas so they might just be hoping that this tour continues on into 2007 or after their next album release.

when radiohead comes to berkeley california... they are playing a venue fit for 8,000... they could have gone 15 minutes away and played a venue that could fit 20,000+ people.... so geting ticket this time around is tough, since they are playing the smaller venues... but the talk is they might follow this up, playing the bigger venues once the album is out allowing more people to see them... i think this is wishful thinking but i hope this is true since i too will have a hard time getting tickets for their stop in berkeley... so i wanted to hear if anyone else has heard this too?

the seats always always sell fast...and more so, because this are is filled with young ones whose parents work for companies affiliated with the venue/owners..so their parents have a certain amount of seats reserved for their personal use! :angry:

 

anyway, the pavilion is a pretty nice and hefty size venue....for my area. here is a seating chart, but there was no info as to how big this place is.

unless its a really really really huge artist event its hard to not find tickets...but they have tons of lawn space

The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion 2005 Lake Robbins Drive The Woodlands, TX 77380 Capacity: 16550, which would be considered a larger venue it's twice the size of the berkeley venue... so let hope this is just a testing ground for a larger tour once they release the next album... i know that's little confort since either way we both want to see them... i hope i get tickets. it's too bad getting tix has become difficult in your area.

I'm going for two tickets too...the reason is that one of my friends is the other HUGE raiohead fan I know at my school. We kinda made a pact...i'll have to try and score both tix.

these intimate shows are going to be awesome.. If you can get tickets! cuz this is a once in a lifetime thing to see them in a venue that only holds 3,100 people..

well, no luck getting tickets... sorry ClearAsCrystal... bummer, got dumped from the ticketmaster site even thou i was logged on in time... kept asking me to enter the verification word over and over...

for those who didn't get tickets thru ticketbastard and really want to go then go to this site: ticketsnow.com they have great prices considering what tickets on ebay are going for. Legit ticket agencies sell through their site and all tickets are guaranteed. That's how I got my philly tickets. :)

 

 

Folks you can't miss these shows. The setlists so far are amazing and the new songs rock! Love em.. I have boots to Koko, Copenhagen and Amsterdam and the quality is amazing..crystal clear..

Too bad I couldn't get more than 2.

 

I was on by 9:55...my computer clock was off my 2 minutes so I'm glad I kept hitting the refresh button until the ordering page came out. I checked back after buying them at 10:07...by then the show for the 23rd was out.

 

Good luck to any who need tickets...there are a FEW resonable people on craigslist.

 

I'm aiming for front row...so I'll make sure to bring back some pictures.
