I would've never thought to impeach Reagan.. or Washington for that matter... not even Bush Sr., but this guy need to go. As for Presidents not taking responsiblity.... um, I'd beg to differ.... Clinton admitted (a bit to late I may add) that he fucked up.... Nixon as well... Churchill even!!!!
