i had to work 9 hours today, but on my main lunchbreak i had a breadroll with cheese, turkey and tomato, then a chocolate hot cross bun and a bacon and cheese roll :) yum yum yum

what sort of exercise/weights do you do?

I do free weights,3-4 sets depends on the day,bench press and lots of other exercises on the machines,some cardio on a daily basis,try to mix it up,so it does not get too boring...

Just have to eat healthy,and you also take supplements,which help you're muscles recover faster,and also the protein increases muscle mass...
