Instrumental tributes are good sometimes, though there's already at least 2 for Coldplay. Hmmmm

Dear God.

I can't imagine a Coldplay tribute with people singing the songs. Why in the world would i want to hear somebody else singing Coldplay songs?

 

There was a U2 tribute album where all the songs were done on piano and there was no singing. This was pretty cool and I can understand the appeal of that. I don't see the appeal of a Coldplay coverband.

 

BTW, the Coldplay tribute album sucks. I just listened to it on Itunes. Worthless.

that album is crap ...

those people can't even sing!

at hmv they have a tribute to coldplay...but everything is instrumental by some orchestra. its only of selected parachutes and rush of blood songs

A String Quartet Tribute To Coldplay is by far my favorite tribute. Then there's a bluegrass tribute Pickin' On Coldplay, A Tribute To Coldplay- don't have this one, and finally a Piano Tribute To Coldplay. If you want to hear a good tribute band then go to http://www.coldplace.co.uk, they have three tracks on their website and they sound very similar to coldplay, and look like them too, check it out!

Don't even listen to it. I don't want to know how badly they corrupted (yes, corrupted!) my all time favorite song, Amsterdam! This is the first tribute CD I've seen with it on there... and hopefully the last. :angry:

Does anyone know how to send Coldplay fanmail? I have searched for his manager, Estelle Wilkinson but she charges $15.oo!

This CD came up a few months ago and you could preview the songs...it was bloody awful!
