.....thats people on here could be criminals, or murederers or pediphiles :stunned: ?

Julia gave me this idea, what if people you talked to on here were violent or like a serial killer or something, I've never thought about that until now.

okay:)

it was kinda funny but hes gone offline :(

ehm... no. because I normally trust people (I know, that could be a mistake) and so I don't worry about such things at all... julia and I already talked about it when we went to a coldplay concert together and hadn't met before. *g*

yeah i trust ppl too but u never can be too careful.....:sneaky:

yeah, now that I think about it, not really on this board

Well even if there was (which there probably isn't) then they're not going harm you are they? Unless you give them your address or number...

hehe...as sarah already said...I went with her to the Coldplay concert....the most difficult part about it was to tell my mum that I'll meet someone from the net....she was sooo worried...ok..I can understand that on the one hand...but on the other she sees things much too bad....

Ceckers I know that couldn't harm you but the fact of just talking to them and realising they are something else.

My mum always sees the negative side of the internet, but if you're careful you can make really good (and close!) friends :)

i agree:)

I'm talking from experience...but looking back i feel ashamed for some reason...my mum always lectured me about talking to people i don't know!

Why would you be scared of it?

There could be horrible, dangerous people on this board, it's not impossible.

But unless you're stupid enough to give out your home address, bank details or similar to a complete stranger then you have nothing to fear!

rick, sorry 4 laughing at u:cry:

Take that you mean lot of people,I dont care what you think, but its not nice to put people down like that, whats worse you are calling me all sorts of names.
