Beanie Babies were huge where I was from. We used to buy as many as we could and carry them around to each class. now I think back and say WHY?

Bad fashion all the way...jee, so glad the 90s are over

Power Rangers,Backstreet Boys, the beginings of shitty music (which I liked at the time, I was 8) with Britney and Christina, supermodels, Y2k!!

the ultimate would be

Blur vs Oasis on the cover of NME 14th august 1995 (i think thats the right year?)

also Acid house the early 90s, but Brit-Pop was KING.

Also labour getting into power in 97!

Things I remember about my childhood:

-pogs

-bangs

-yo yos (someone stole mine out of my desk and my mom came to the school and complained! YO YO DRAMA!)

-Bill Clinton's penis

-TITANIC. <333

-Boy band and pop music obsession

-fads. The 90s were the decadent decade of the FAD.

-Seeing U2 on MTV in 1993, not knowing that twelve years later I'd be seeing them four times in concert.

-The olympics, I wanted to be an ice skater! That really worked out...

-Did I mention Bill Clinton's penis?

The 90s were amusing.

buying Ace of Base- I Saw the Sign, as my first single and bringing it to listen to at a slumber party of hyper 3rd graders.

Alanis Morisette- Jagged Little Pill. She said FUCK in her song? OH MY.

Skip it. My obsession at recess. I dominated.

Oh boy this is fun.

the film Scream...man i had some fun sleep overs with that film...used to scare my friends half to death
