people are idiots.

sometimes people are just.... STUPID.

don't you just want to tell someone that they're stupid and have no future ahead of them and that they think they're these fantastic, brilliant, intelligent, creative, artistic people but really they're the dumbest, inconsiderate, self-centred people you've ever met?

sorry for the thread full of hate

but it hurts when you realise people who you thought were your "friends" act so fucking immature and don't ever grow up.

come on.

you're nearly 18. isn't it time to grow a little sense?

or is that hard to come by these days?

i apologise once again for the hate filled thread.

Aww i know the feeling bonita, i've had to deal with lot of ppl like that during my early years after school... most of them friends of mine that just didnt change for good and got stuck with these exact things you mentioned and sometimes you just have to keep your opinions to yourself cos you really dont want to hurt them but sometimes its better just to tell them what u think otherwise they just wont realize what they're doing wrong.. other just wont care but at least they'll know what u think or you could be more radical and cut off those frindships like i did hmmm dont know what's the case but yeah.. ppl like that drives me nuts gah.

ps. so glad to see ya catwoman , i missed ya :(

Maturity is very rare among kids and teenagers these days

aw missed ya tooo ren

yeah you see but... they are willing to be as nasty, conceited, and down right BITCHY as they possibly can to you. and i feel bad for wanting to tell them how much i hate it. but ... i don't know. it's just not worth it. maybe i should cut off friendships like that.

actually i think i will.

they're not worth my time. all my real friends have told me that already. so i established today

it's just that... people can be so frustrating. and be so horrible and down right evil... :(

My best mate of 14 years went through an immature stage when he was about 13 till about 16...and the things he did to me were petty and pathetic...

that's true rich... i just don't see why it's so difficult to be mature these days.

these people are nearly 18.

and they continue to be soo incredibly petty! it's just so frustrating!

I told him to get a life and stop acting like it (he was only trying to impress another friend  ) but one thing he used to do when i went round his house after school was take my bag, lock me out of the house and only once he had poured a jug of water over me from the bathroom window would he give it back...looking back it was quite funny!

something like that you can laugh about in retrospect :P

but with the people that i know... they do everything they can in their power to be as spiteful to you as possible and they genuinely try to hurt your feelings. i hate it, and i can't stand it.

If they're trying to hurt your feelings then they're not immature as such...they're spiteful and not good friends

the things they do however are immature. it will take too long to go into the whole story. but yeah. i've realised they're definitely not good friends and not worth it. ADJASFD:KSAJ:LKDGA

Good on you :) so on a brighter tone how are you?and how are your exams going?

  • Author

aw. i'm not too bad actually. been busy as hell though. exams are going alright, there's only a couple more months until the final final exams so it will all be over before i know it. i can'ttttt wait.

how about you? how's everything?

Got 5 weeks of college (year 13) left and then break up for study leave...13 exams in a space of 4 weeks but then my summer holdiays start on 26th June and I don't start uni till the end of September...that's a 3 month holiday! :D

awww bonnie, I feel that way sometimes as well, even though I'm only 14, I need time away from friends a lot because sometimes I think they are too immature.

However...it is good to be a bit immature when you're young like 14, because they do say childhood is the best part of your life!

There goes my life,

It's not too late...make the most of it!

will do :wink2:

Oh how I know this feeling...I've met so many guys in my life which I actually hated.....god...they were all like that....I don't know what these people think...I'm glad my friends are not like that...

Some of my friends are like this too....:\

You could almost say that by trying to be more mature, they're immature...

In regards to alcohol and stuff.....but hey, its their life.

What do you mean by alcohol and stuff?

Well, they go out every second day, especially now because we're on Easter holidays....and drink and drink...until they pass out. Well not always...but.:\

In this way they're immature, in my opinion. Theres nothing wrong with a few cans, but to intentionally go out and get hammered, isnt, in my opinion the cleverest thing to do.

Drinking isn't immature...i mean i only started once i had reached the legal age but your friends might have nothing better to do, or might just trying to act cool and fit in with the 'crowd'
