May 3, 200620 yr well....I'll have so many exams the next weeks...and before that I'm always stressed....and then the day comes and everything is over....I think I make the stress for myself...... and then it is not as bad as i thought....

May 3, 200620 yr mhhh ... i try to listen to good music to cool down and not to stress ... well,i've got to memorise a loooong loooong monologue which is an extract from an old book. that's gonna be fun :( but whatever ... i had loadsa exmas this week already and tomorrow's my last one (french).
May 3, 200620 yr I'm almost never stressed so when I do get stressed I can't handle it at all. I get restless and can't be still and think things like "ohhh shit! I have to finish this, I have to finish this!" I'm very easyily annoyed when I'm stressed too and I think that everyone else is so slow and that they slow me down....bad bad bad
May 3, 200620 yr The only time I am actually seriously stressed is when I'm driving. Let's just say I like to drive fast, without any cars in my way.

May 5, 200620 yr stress... it's only the problem of your mind. Just don't think about this. It works :) after a few years of practice I've finally learned to deal with stress by using my mind. :) maybe it sounds weird, but it really works. I dont feel stressed when I don't want to (or need to). Sometimes stress is useful...
