well....I'll have so many exams the next weeks...and before that I'm always stressed....and then the day comes and everything is over....I think I make the stress for myself......

well....today i was more relaxed about it....I was siting at my window with my 70s chair:lol:

and enjoyed the warm weather,the music....and studied this was cool...

I try to talk with someone about funny stuff, and I drink lots and lots of coffee :D

 

oh, and my ipod

I yell my arsh off and hope to God i don't explode. Everyone else better not get in the way, best for them.

mhhh ... i try to listen to good music to cool down and not to stress ...

 

well,i've got to memorise a loooong loooong monologue which is an extract from an old book. that's gonna be fun :( but whatever ... i had loadsa exmas this week already and tomorrow's my last one (french).

I'm almost never stressed so when I do get stressed I can't handle it at all. I get restless and can't be still and think things like "ohhh shit! I have to finish this, I have to finish this!" I'm very easyily annoyed when I'm stressed too and I think that everyone else is so slow and that they slow me down....bad bad bad

The only time I am actually seriously stressed is when I'm driving. Let's just say I like to drive fast, without any cars in my way.

stress is goooood for your exams ;) it makes you work harder. not too much though.

Great....yesterday I was so damn mentally stressed because of this damn biology exam.....so my mood went down....and I was depressed....just because of this shit...and I studied a lot for it...and today we took it...and it was as usual...bad...

i still dont figure out how to deal with stress.

maybe listening to some good musics.

i had a stress ball and my sister broke it.....now i only hit people

im going to sit whole day behind the computer..doing nothing for school..really bad :(

stress... it's only the problem of your mind. Just don't think about this. It works :)

 

after a few years of practice I've finally learned to deal with stress by using my mind. :) maybe it sounds weird, but it really works. I dont feel stressed when I don't want to (or need to).

 

Sometimes stress is useful...
