oh no no no no. the mayer guy bellow him? i forgot what his official title is and name, but he did the mayers job during the crisis, while nagin hid in his hotel and coward. this is large part his fault, and then when he screwed up before the storm he hid and didnt do anything to fix it, while people under him did what they could. he was limited but there were many things he could have done and should have done but did not.

No. But he hid in his nice hotel room and did nothing while the peopel suffered, just like what bush did. His2nd in command did all the work while he was hiding like a coward. he didnt do his job before or after the storm. He was a terrible leader who didnt do his job.

By best you mean hiding and letting his lt govoner do almost ALL the work and him doing almost nothing at all...then yeah he did the best he could. there was alot he could have done but did not.

You guys don't know much about Louisiana politics. Edwards was elected I don't know how many times while under indictment and if he'd ran while in prison, he would still won. It just the way it is in Louisiana.
