In a world without Coldplay I would have grown jaded and fed up with the way music was headed...but I suppose another emotional, melodic band would have come along to fill the void. Still, if they split now, I'd have to crawl under a rock and cry me a river...or just get drunk for a few years, lol!

If Coldplay didn't exist, that would be okay... because I would never know about them, therefore I wouldn't really miss them... of course, haha.

 

But Coldplay was the spring board of my exploration of music. They were the first band I liked... I'd probably like different stuff if I never liked Coldplay.

well there are quite a few bands I like so I don't think it would be too bad actually.. but I am sooooooo glad I live in the present because in the past for thousands of years there wasn't any common everyday music
