I guess I would have had to write the music I wanted to hear back then myself...I'm not a bad songwriter, but I'm not THAT good!

 

Hope that didn't sound arrogant...it's mostly a joke, but dissappointment in alot of what I was hearing in the 90s shaped the way I wrote back then...Thank god Coldplay came along when they did!

If ABBA never existed i could safely say i think i wouldn't be the man i am today, thank you for the music ABBA.

no, it wouldn't be understandable at all, 'cause just like others said, if Coldplay wouldn't exist, we couldn't miss them, so of course we wouldn't know what we'd be missing. :sad: In any case, I'm sure that we'd know any other band which could replace them, which would sound like Coldplay.

mmm....i think u r right...but i cant imagine my world without Coldplay! i listen their music every single day.... its soooo peaceful everytime i heard those lyrics...ohh my god it's soo nice n relax!!!

i like Coldplay sooo much....i love that band......it's really hard to see me listing another group..because it's really hard to find great music..with great lyrics and feelings...most of the groups that i like are from england...!!

Maybe the question should be: what if they suddenly stopped existing.

I'd go listen to my 2nd favourite band obviously.
