Ian, you should have tighter controls on new members, like getting them to enter a random code, confirm their email account. (don't shot me if you already do)

The setup is that new members get put in their own group and can't PM until 30 posts.

 

The email verification is on, or should be.

 

Users like this will be deleted and the IP logged.
