oh well that's not very nice.. i'm not sure but it might be the other way round too: german is the stupid form of danish... well here in germany many ppl think austrian german is tha stupid form of german :shrug:

who knows.. i think in germany there are nuff stupid forms.. depends on where you are..hehe ;)

I've also studied a bit of french, it's a nice language, isn't it? I like the soft pronuntiation but verbs are difficult for me.
