this thread is such a good idea! i love the stuff you guys have been putting up. i'd add some stuff of mine, but i don't know how to post pictures :sad: oh well, i can describe my style so to speak...anyways, i like sort of mod stuff (like from the 60s) and other retro-looking stuff. my favourite things are jackets :D and trainers! like adidas, the reebok classics, converse jack purcells, and the saucony kind they have at urban outfitters! the list could go on and on! i'm mad about shoes!

oh yeah...my name's alexis, just like my unimaginative screen name thingy. people call me alex or lexi though. :D

my style is whatever's cheapest, which usually ends up with me buying used stuff from a salvation army store and ending up looking exactly like somebody who buys used clothes for twice as much from a more "hip" store called "retrospect" or something. :shrug:

I have a sex pistols shirt that's really fitted. man, that shirt rocks ass...

You'd be able to spot me from all the way across the mall, I look like a time-twister...

 

I'm all about retro/vintage clothes. Most of my clothes are from thrift stores, vintage shops, Structure (now the Men's Express), and Urban Outfitters. My favorite pair of pants are these brown plaid pants that my friend stole from the highschool drama costume department (heheh). I have a ton of favorite shirts, one of them is a 70's brown polyester pointed-collar Van Heusen shirt, I love vintage Van Heusen shirts. Another is a Sigur Ros T-shirt.

 

I own ONE pair of shoes. Yes, one. They're brown Doc Martens. They're the greatest shoes in the world. I dont want to wear anything else.

Chad, give me a hug!! hahaha.. me and vinita are all about vintage/retro too!!! :D
