nooo, ont only, but english sports cars are famous for their lightweight, are said to be fun to drive ( Lotus, Tvr, ....) but I think that they don't like to evolve...have a look at Rover...disappear cos they didn't do and sell new models...It's sad...

I find it so frustrating reading all this stuff about England hating Germany. :\

 

As Kara said, I dont think i've ever heard anyone ever saying anything bad about Germany//the war, except for sensationalist tabloid newspapers.

 

I myself have German in my blood, my grandmother is German, but no one has ever said anything rude about that to me.

My Grandmother has lived here since she was forced out of her home and country by the Polish during the war and she says that in the whole time she has lived here she's had little bother because of her roots.

 

I just wish people would realised that just because the newspapers send out this 'anti-german' image sometimes does NOT mean it reflects the view of the nation's people. I hate to think that it puts people off visiting our country.

I've always been obsessed with England and I don't know why. Just love this country, that's all. But I think I love symbols of England more than real England. I mean, tea at 17 pm, british music, London, red-haired people and pubs. Ha... Sounds stupid, but I don't know how to explain.
