Featured Replies

oohh.. my bad haha. i forgot when i bought it. its quality though for sure

spoon is.. AMAZING.

The albums I've actually bought this year and thought them worthy of my money are:

Muse - Black Holes and Revelations

Sufjan Stevens - The Avalanche (my favourite so far )

Republic Of Loose - Aaagh

Placebo - Meds

Yeah Yeah Yeahs - Show your bones

Arctic Monkeys - whatever people say I am, that's what I'm not

The kooks - Inside in inside out

we are scientists - with love and squalor

good albums :nice:

the only album i've bought this year that i've really liked is Show Your Bones from The Yeah Yeah Yeahs. Everything else i've bought is just...ok.

ok im finally ready with my list: in no real particular order (minus sufjan being first :nice:)

sufjan stevens - the avalanche (pittsfield makes my music senses tingle like no other)

oh no! oh my! - oh no! oh my!

belle & sebastian - the life pursuit

elvis perkins - ash wednesday (oy! beautiful album)

band of horses - everthing all of the time

matt costa - songs we sing (yeah it was technically released in 2005.. but it got re-released so.. ha! lol)

snow patrol - eyes open

guster - ganging up on the sun (fewer bongos but awesome in a different way)
