I want to buy a VHS that is only available in the USA, but I live in the UK. I've tried searching the Internet and Google etc but I'm more confused than I was before :P So, is there any way that I can watch this American video in the UK or not? Help is much appreciated!

The simple answer is No.

 

American Tapes are different to UK tapes, in both size and the way they put the data from the tape upto your tv.

 

You could import an american tape player, but as america uses a different potential difference and frequency of electricity as the uk, it might not work in the uk.
