yeah...i would say that here people say they accept gay people but they really don't....except for the old people, it's really hard to find anyone old that accepts gay people, they say it out loud that they just don't like them!

still, it's really difficult to find gay people in the street kissing or just walking holding hands...i've lived here all my life and i think i never saw that!!! but one of my friends has, so it's not impossible, it's just really rare

i only saw in tel aviv, which is abit more open than jerusalem, no relegious ppl there. And i see in clubs and parties here in jerusalem

and there are many israeli movies about gay ppl lately, and they always get sold out in cinemas- which is weird, because ppl hardly ever go to israeli movies in the cinema.

and about the old ppl, i think it's because theyve only found out about homosexuality when they were older, because when they were young no one talked about it, the whole world was also alot more relegious in the past. So we've known about it all our lives, it doesnt sound weird to us that there are gay ppl. To them its something new that was "forbidden" when they were young.

:laugh3: :D

well, it is awful when u really think about it...

they would hurt someone else because the person doesnt agree with their beliefs... and youd expect relegious ppl to do no harm to others.

i hate some of the relegious jews, they're really hypocritical sometimes... they disgust me...

:laugh4: :laugh4: :laugh4: i cant stop laughing when i hear his/her name

lol... it's so funny how no one knows if we should call her/him a he or she..

it's confusing

:laugh3: :D

the ppl who watch the movies are mostly from tel aviv... they accept it there.

i mean, it's really normal there

once my friend and i saw a couple of gay guys making out in the street. And we looked at them and we were quite shocked because we never see gay ppl make out in the street like that in jerusalem. Not even straight ppl...

and the ppl from tel aviv didnt even turn their eyes for a short glance...

and i wont see him before i go, because he arrives the day i leave and we'll miss each other at the airport

so what he did was send the camera to israel with one of his workers. But he lives far away. I was suppose to drive to him yesterday to take the camera. But my mom was scared and she wouldnt let me drive there. So now he's giving it so someone who works with him that lives close to us so i dont have to go far

so it's this annoying story... all because my dad wouldnt buy a camera here...

and the way things are going i bet ill end up not having the camera by thursday :\
