LA Show was unbelievable!

Hello All:

I am new to the Coldplaying forums (this is my first post. . . duh) and I wanted to tell everyone the *amazing* time I had Saturday night at the Coldplay concert here in Los Angeles. (actually, it was Hollywood, but whatever . . .)

This is my SECOND time seeing the band. The first time was in January when they gave a free concert on Hollywood Blvd-- they only played five songs or so because it was for a tv show, but I remember being blown away. Well, mulitply that time A THOUSAND and that is what their Saturday show was like:

THEY TORE IT UP!

They played all the songs of Rush of Blood that I loved (Except Warning Sign!! Grrr. . .) of course they played the Parachutes favorites, (Martin had us sing most of Yellow and Trouble) and they performed a new one called 'Moses' that Chris Martin apologized for ahead of time: he said something along the lines of 'Sorry to do this to you all, but we have to play a new song from time to time, hope you don't mind.'

Of course, Martin is already at the top of my list, but when he actually broke out into Louis Armstrong's "What a Wonderful World"? Oh Lord: Even the guys were swooning! Then again, it *was* Hollywood . . .

ANYWAY

The band was phenomenal. Chris was bouncing about the stage in his usual hyperactive manner: doing somersaults, jumping, clapping, skipping-- and he even made some *fantastic* jokes about R Kelly and Justin Timberlake!

By the time they played the last song, Amsterdam, no one wanted to leave. We just stood there for-- Oh God, it must have been ten minutes, clapping and chanting and clapping and wishing that we could do it all over again.

It was . . . magical, really.

wow. that sounds great. i went a couple weeks ago to the edmonton gig and i'm still in awe. i'm glad you had a good time. they're amazing!!!!

i went in march and i still have to sit down and comprehend how great it was every once in a while..truly amazing experience!!! :D im glad you liked it!!

ohhhhh im happy you had ablast thats exactly how it was at my concert no one would leave we just stood clapping hoping for another encore lol

Hey does anyone here know if there's a boot of this show or the San Fransisco show out yet?? Thanks in advance...
