my sister has a report due in a couple hours online... she has to send it through her university site but she cant get past her homepage.

 

So she opens the internet, homepage opens and anywheere she tries past that doesnt work. Her internet company isnt helping her at all, they dont understand her problem..

 

do any of you have any clue what im talking about or any way she can fix it ?? pleeease give any input you have.

yes she does.. she has Sympatico High speed internet

Try to download another internet browser because IE is crap. Opera or Firefox are 2 better browsers.

 

Or get her to run a spyware scan because she might have spyware.

Is it a document on her computer which needs to be submitted?

 

If so, (and if she is in the same house as you) why doesn't she send you that document so you can send it, assuming that your sister is there with you to log on using your computer.

oh shes in a different and the University has a system you donload on your computer. so i dont have the program and stuff.
