their songs for the most part, have no clear meaning

True. I don't normally bother analysing them too deeply..it's just that one made me think...

but any way those are beautiful lyrics said to a child that you love ... now the end tells us that it is not his child that he is talking about maybe just to a child that he wishes he had, or a friend's child like you guys mentioned ...

OT: Anyone here have a word or saying they can't bare to hear? My word is lethargic. It just breaks my heart. :(

Haha, Reprise reminded me of that song Paul McCartney wrote about John Lennons son Julian. "Hey Jude"

I had a kitten last year and named him Simon after a friend. He was two months old and a rescue. He got sick one day all of a sudden and IDK what went wrong. He was active until the next day where he became so lifeless and lethargic. My poor baby wasn't moving or well at all. And before we got to the vet he passed. :(

In June was a year since his passing, and just a few weeks ago I heard someone use the word and I gasped. It just took me back to that time, reading up on his symptoms and seeing him be so ill. :'(

Actually funny you should say that Olivia cos it reminds me of the Beatles song written for Sean Lennon - Beautiful Boy :D

I can't stand any more of "yeah but ..." two words ;)

haha shit, I hear that ALL the time...dead annoying...

and at work I hear sentences that start "Paula, can you just do me a favour....", they make me Grrr  cos my boss is phyisically incapable of saying please or thank you..

I don't think I've even heard that song, Paula. :stunned:

And yea, I miss my kitten. :(

Anyone have a favorite number? My friends and I have 28. A few friends of mine share the same bday number: 28th of the month.

Haha, everyone knows Beatles so well but me. Damn my folks. :dozey:
