I believe you just won't see his/her messages anymore.

Sam had me on "ignore" once, but for some reason he changed his mind.:laugh3:

The big problem with it is that people can still make rude comments about you, and even if you can't see them, other people still can.

So it's pretty pointless really.

Plus as you've seen over the past few days, people can still start threads about you without your consent.
