Crouch came in for a LOT of criticism before he started scoring. People initially thought it was a joke he was named in the England squad.

He went 20-odd games before scoring for Liverpool, and at the time everyone was saying he was useless.

If people are saying Cisse is "crap", it will have nothing to do with him being "foreign".

A lot of the best players in the Premiership (such as Henry and Ronaldo) are foreign.

For one reason or another, it just hasn't worked out for Cisse.;)

Drogba was rightly criticised for his high-profile cheating last season.

Now he appears to have cut it out, the criticism has disappeared.;)

As far as Sky's concerned (where the big debates take place) Drogba's been getting a lot of praise this season.

They said he has become one of Chelsea's most important players.

The one who's been getting the criticism is Shevchenko, as so far he's been useless.;)
