Best films of 2006?

Featured Replies

For me, they would have to be.....

Matchpoint, Borat, Casino Royale, and the best of the best, The Departed. And in terms of the Academy Awards, if Martin Scorcesse does not finally get the goddamn Best Director Oscar this year, I'm going to be pissed off. haha

for me Pirates of the Carribean!;)

All of your choices AND V for Vendetta!

For me:

- Casino Royale

- Walk the Line

- Brokeback Mountain

And in terms of documentaries, I'll go for An Inconvenient Truth :)

Of all the films I've seen so far this year, these are the ones I enjoyed most (in no particular order):

Children of Men

The Departed

Casion Royale

Stormbreaker

Cars

Proof

The World's Fastest Indian

Silent Hill

Snakes on a Plane

Walk The Line

Running Scared

Good Night & Good Luck

How could I forget 'Proof'?? Shame on me.. Oh, and 'Science of Sleep' was a gorgeous movie as well :D

for me Pirates of the Carribean!;)

Defo!

I also loved D.O.A. Dead or Alive :D

Babel, definately!

And...Silent Hill.
