 :dozey:

I heard on the news a while ago a piece of Antarctica was heading towards NZ...hows that going Rick? Is the iceberg still there?

You dont know about it?

New Zealand's newest tourist attraction -- the giant icebergs off the South Island's east coast -- may soon be over.

Tourists have been paying up to $500 for helicopter rides out to the icebergs which have been spotted as close as 60km to the mainland.

Icebergs have not been seen this close to New Zealand since 1931.

But the National Institute of Water and Atmospheric Research oceanographer Dr Mike Williams said yesterday that warmer temperatures were taking their toll on the icebergs which were fast disappearing.

Sightseers yesterday noted huge chunks breaking off the flotilla of icebergs.

Surprise surprise I do actually Have a TV and watch the news...hope your sitting down for this one!!

wow...I had noticed that antartic revolution! :stunned: That scared me! :bigcry:

This revolution is getting quite impressive. We seem to have knowledgable informants (vertigo caz). The new runway will be nice. That way we can get Coldplay to come in and play.

When this revolution started? :stunned:

If coldplay goes to Antartica I'm going too... :smug:

Awwwwww, really??? Thank you!

Am I a member of the Antartica group now? :wideeyed:

WEll qwertyuiop has sort of been looking after membership. He says you need to either make your avatar a pic of antarctica or change your flag to antarctica.

Wow, really? :stunned:

Well, I could never let my avatar...so I think I'll prefer to change my flag...

Ok, how many advantages will I have for being a member? :wideeyed:

Well other than always being cold, there are lots of penguins. They seem to attract alot of people. Plus Antarctica is fairly neutral, no war there. And if there is ever a nucleur war, well its pretty safe to say we won't be a target.

when coldplay will be here in chile.. I'll them them that they must go to antarctica

^ Same here!!!

Ok, thank you for opening my eyes, Jon! And btw, nice to meet you!I'm Lívia... :nice:
