A new band from L.A. They're Indie/Electronic. A friend turned me on to them- she said they reminded her of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs(and she didn't have to say much more after that :P ). Well, I only see the resemblance in their single, "Le Disko," but they're still pretty good. Has anyone heard of them???

"Le Disko" from their debut album We Are Pilots:

Girl... I've known about them since 2005:laugh3: Thanks to Aaron! :nice:

Oh, oops!

Sorry for my slowness! They're "new" to me! Well, every new band on MTV is new to me. So, you like them then???

Thanks for posting the video! I like it a lot.

Ok, Ok, so they're not brand spanking new. I should have picked up on that when I read that their debut album was "re-worked." *Sigh*

It takes a lot for me to like a..."new" band- but they're pretty good.

:stunned: They redid their album three times? Dang...

Please, Jo! :D

are they all basically the same songs though? Like Coldplay's two versions of talk, is what I mean...

Some songs didn't make it to the 3rd version album and some songs do have the same lyrics just either different beats and longer or shorter...

i'll listen to some of their other stuff some more and let you know liquidsky thanks for the offer.

The Knife are swedish and one of their songs was covered by Jose Gonzalez

Tiga hmm i think they're from USA/canada but not sure

you probably already know Royksopp in one of the songs (what else is there) the lady from The Knife sings.
