Alright, Saddam Hussein Is Dead...

Featured Replies

Wow, is anyone else sickened by this? I mean, who still hangs people? Why didn't they just put him in prison? The death penalty is so barbaric... and this is the 21st century for God's sake! And now the whole world can watch him die with the click of a mouse. Don't get me wrong, the guy probably deserved worse, but the way it happened just seems inhumane to me.

The man was inhumane himself. He got what he deserved. He didn't deserve to be treatened like a human.

^It's not too bad. I felt kind of guilty watching it though.

Man, it's all over YouTube too. Geez. And all the comments that have been posted are arguments. The U.S. really really fucked up. HUGE.

What the hell....it is on youtube?

that's so poor really.......I think it was the worst thing that he got killed by death penalty.....but it's damn perverted to watch this on TV or on the net....

shame on those who broadcasted it....

I know, but upload a video of US/UK troops acting wrongly in Iraq to Youtube or Google video and it's deleted faster than you can give someone the link.

gaa....I believe that....typical!

Omg..the video..that's sick..made me feel sick

What the hell is it doing on the internet anyways?

Huhhuh..

i just watched the video. Sick.

As much as he was an awful man I don't agree with the way his death was dealt with. to allow someone to video it with a camera phone is not right. Does it make anyone feel better to see him dangling from that rope? If it does....I worry for you...

to allow someone to video it with a camera phone is not right.

As far as i know, that wasn't meant to happen..they don't know who took the video.

According to recent news it was an infiltration of Shiite muslims. Again I'm having to question what kind of democratic policies they've started in the "new" Iraq. I'm starting to lean toward a US trial and US execution. After all, they're still all the rage.

Bit too late now for Saddam though, but there are still death sentences outstanding.

Yeah, I really doubt they care if video gets out of him hanging. If the security was so strict to only allow the "official" video there would have been complete searches of everyone.

To me, on the video we have seen, it looks a bit of a free for all in that room, there's photo's flashing, people chanting and, as we have seen, someone filming on their phone.

I mean, it's the hanging of a high profile ex-leader but it's Saddam Hussein and it seemed as if it was a big joke....like kids gathering around someone on the playground as they have their trousers pulled off or something.

Don't get me wrong, he was a bad, bad man....but I bet the guys in the Global Elite, who really tricked and used Saddam as a way to boost the regional destabalisation way back around gulf war 1, are pissing themselves with laugher over this, now they eventually have no use for him - other than using his death by hanging to cause more trouble.

Damn, it's odd when I put it down in words sometimes.......emphasises the reality of the whole charade.

emphasises the reality of the whole charade.

That's quite the paradox there. And I just started reading 1984 today... odd.

ace book!! I've read it 3x already!

I don't even feel happy he is dead. I think if i actually thought some good could come from it, if it would help the situation in anyway then maybe i would feel differently. In reality it will most likely exacerbate things!

This shows again how hypocrite the US and UK are.

the US had nothing to do with his execution... the Iraqi people and their govt. have claimed full responsibility for the manner in which his execution was 'executed'... however..... not everyone in the country agrees with the policies and ways of our govt., bottom line....... I won't be watching the video. At first I thought I would.... and could. But fact of the matter is, its still a human life being killed...... did he deserve it... sure, but I don't need to see that shit.

I think it was a purposeful leak that shows pretty much nothing too bad in terms of graphic gore but can be shown on the news and does help to sustain the violent clashes in Iraq.

If only the average man on both sides (Sonny and Cher :p) knew they were being used to stop the country ever becoming a role player in the middle-east and ultimately stopping the whole region from ever being peaceful and strong, we would be a lot better off.

Another video that really shouldn't have happened....

WARNING: The 27-second video, posted on Google, appears to show Saddam's body on a gurney, covered with a bloodied white shroud that is removed so the person videotaping — possibly with a cell phone camera — has a clear shot at his head and neck. A large and gaping wound is visible on the neck.

This whole thing reminds of that Romainan bloke Nicole Cauescau (spelling please!)
