I know, I'm just saying that if that was the idea that you were going to run with, that I wouldn't be able to help the CP podcast cause. Feel free to do whatever you guys think works for the forum. :)

 

I guess we can do both..but we are doing the podcasts first.. see how it goes and then change it up..

1. Does it cost anything to download it?

2. How big of a program is it? I have dial-up at my house, so downloading anything on my personal computer is a hassle. If it's too large for my computer to handle, I wouldn't be able to get it, anyway.

It's free and it's no bigger than a regular chat program, really should be no hassle

I've never used skype. But it seems popular.

I use it alot. and LOVE IT!

BTW, last night on the Oprah show she was going around doing interviews with random people all over found on skype- like one segment done on a town on a little island on the coast of Maine, population 50, lol. It was very interesting.

I was actually really close to uploading a podcast today. I recorded it, and then I realized how horrible I sounded (I stuttered a lot), and so I decided to just delete it. :bigcry:

 

If I knew what to talk about, I would seriously do a whole podcast thing. I kinda want to do one like Jamie had, but at the same time, I don't want to make it look like I'm copying him. :\

 

So what does everyone think?

Okay, sorry I haven't updated anything yet. Been busy..running around...jumping around..and among other things. I'm setting up an account for the coldplaying podcast right now. Anybody who is willing to help in how exactly to set it up, if you want to be the first to do the podcast that's fine also. Mainly we need to figure out what exactly we are going to talk about. We can't do clips or play other artist music at all as that can get Ian sued.. and that's not what we are trying to do at all.. so DJ is not gonna work exactly but umm anybody can still participate. I have no idea how this is going to work out.. :worried:

 

I was thinking of we could do a Coldplaying News and just kinda talk about what's going on with the band and on the forum itself but that doesn't sound...too fun & Coldplayers Live Reviews where anybody who goes to a Coldplay concert and whats to share their reviews they can do that too.

Yeah, that was my main problem. I was so unsure of what I was talking about, and I sounded stupid. :facepalm: Thanks for helping out and setting the account and stuff up, though. :)

 

When you say don't play other artists' music, does that mean we can't play our own renditions of their music? :(

Coldplaying podcast

 

Hey Coldplayers.

Was just listening to a podcast, and was wondering if a Coldplaying Podcast had been suggested before.

 

I was thinking it'd simply just be a few Coldplayers putting their opinions forward and discussing Coldplay news. Maybe if there has been a live show and one had attended they could 'review' it in some way.

 

It's just a suggestion, please feel free to give me your opinion here.
