I could never forget tea. It's one of the best things in the world.

I am in total agreement. I drink loads of it every day (I have some in front of me at this very moment).

Do you have a favourite type or brand?

It isn't so usual for Americans to drink tea, is it??

Yeah America seems like a more 'coffee-drinker' place. I know some people who drink it, but others think it's disgusting. :dozey: If it's hot and not called 'frappacino', teenagers won't drink it.

I think it's just so soothing and relaxing drinking tea. After a really long day, all I need is a cup of tea and I'm okay. :D

Hmmm well I switch teas sometimes. I'll be in a mood for herbal lemon one time and a black tea another. Currently I'm in a green tea mood right now. But I like herbal lemon a lot more than the others. I don't have a particular favorite brand, but I drink Lipton and Celestial Seasonings.

How did you get into it? Does anybody around you drink tea too?

My mom does regularly, so I suppose I got into it from her. After liking coffee for some time I wanted to try tea. And I like it better than coffee, so it stuck with me. It's pretty good for you, too! The kinds I drink don't have as much caffeine as coffee and it doesn't have a bitter taste, like how coffee sometime does.

And do you know how your mum got into it?

I don't know exactly. My mum lived in France for most of her life, and I don't know if French people drink tea regularly as Brits do, but maybe that's how she got into it? From the French culture?

That would explain it. Is your mum French, then?

No, she's Vietnamese like my dad. But when she was nine or ten her whole family moved to France from Laos (my grandparents moved to Laos because of the Vietnam War). So my mum's side of the family lives in France still. Except for one of my aunts, who lives in Texas now. She adapted a lot to French culture. The way she dresses, her manner, sometimes she gets French and English mixed up! :P

I love:

my saxophone (haha....), my talent to play it, my interest in music, my family, my friends (esp. one of them), many members of this board (hehehe:P)

Awww

I love the people on this board too! :nice:

My ambition.

I love/hate my past.

And last but certainly not least, myself.
