Exactly. That's why I can't take him seriously. It fits with the Scissor Sisters, because they're meant to be camp.

Yeah, I usually like to verbalize the desire to put artist whom I really don't care for in a blender also.

If I didn't really care about him, than I would leave him alone, but when I hate an artist is when I start verbalizing the desire to put said artists into a blender.

A lot of reviews said that he got a voice that sounds just like Freddie Mercury and that Freddie is his role model. I have to admit that it's quite true. A little. But I think he shouldn't imitate Freddie too much, so that people won't make fun and jokes on him like what happened now.

I'm absolutely obsessed with him myself!! I'm part of his amazing fan club too! I've been to his concert and I met him, and let me just say that he is the kindest, most unique, most amazing man and musician on earth. But thats just me! I know all you guys have different opinions of him, and think he's the most annoying musican on earth. And i respect your opinions for him and everything. Mika is marmite. So yea, i love mika. I suppose you can tell by now, my avatar and username and sig. But coldplay was my first favorite band and obsession, so i will always love them too!!!

mandymcnabb: yes mika was so popular some months ago in europe in fact here in spain there are 3 tv channels that have some of their promo campaings with mika songs... (love today, and take it easy).

 

We'll see if he keeps on it, and makes a new album and how it'll be... but i don't mind about it, his music cheers me up that it what matters i think. :)

 

I think we all have bands that we adore for their lyrics, or for their music, and so we must have a band that cheer us up, for amusement and parties i think. :) and mika is of that kind to me.
