I adore Mika. I've been listening to a lot of foreign music, so when I want to kick away from not understanding the lyrics, I listen to Mika because his style isn't a far cry from the Japanese and Korean music I listen to these days. I admire his voice and piano skills, too. I, personally, think he's incredible. His songs remind me of going to Portugal and sitting on the beach. I'd love to see him live!

 

It's more fun for me too because I don't listen to the radio, so I discover everything I listen to relatively on my own... Mika included. The only way I can kill his music is for me to overplay it!

That's what happened to me. :D I really liked Mika at first but local radios overplayed his songs for weeks, I was getting sick of it. So I stopped listening to the radio for a while and when I decided to take a listen (again) to Mika, mmm..... I started to like it. Again. :wacky: :lol:

and when it was on tv...i always change the channel

 

but once i was doing my homework..

and the tv was on ..and grace kelly was on it...

 

the strangest thing was that i listened ..but i didn't pay attetion to Mika or to the song..

but the next day in the school i was checking the homeowrk. and i remember the song and i started sing it. (for myself of course)..

and since that day... i listened him almost everyday!! :)

 

It's a nice story i think...

Someone requested for Grace Kelly and another person fulfilled it and due to curiosity I downloaded it too. That's when I first heard Mika. :D I like it, so I decided to download the whole album and the rest is as on my previous post. :)

yesterday was played at the disco a mika song (relax take it easy) and people sang it :cool:

I hated Mika when I first heard him...

 

But now I think he is cool, my friend and I ALWAYS sing to him when he's on the radio...

 

I also have his CD and I put it on one day (we have one free period a week to do nothing) and now all the boys beg me to bring it to school....
